Yesterday was "Cup Day" in Christchurch, it's something that happens every year - people get all dolled up and head off to the races for the day. 25,000 people went this year, I was not one of them, I had to work. I've never actually been. Maybe next year, maybe not. It's quite hilarious really. On the way to work I drove past girls wearing beautiful dresses with sky high strappy heels, stunning fascinators, immaculate make up and professionally coiffured hair. I was jealous. On my way home said girls were carrying their shoes with windswept hair, melting make up and zero co-ordination. Alcohol and daylight are a bad combination. Needless to say I was no longer...
