Button it Up
I've been eye the Peter Pan collared shirt/sweater trend (aka a la J.Crew) for awhile, but decided not to invest in anything specific. I felt that I could just somehow pull off the collar trend by buttoning the top button of my dress shirt (something I never did before, surprisingly) and wearing a sweater over my dress shirt. It's funny how all it takes is to button one button to make my outfit look "more trendy." I'm ready to button the top button for all my dress shirts now! Also, if I ever feel adventurous, I might even try SewPetiteGal's DIY Peter Pan collar Tutorial.
