I know this outfit looks similar to the last one.The black/ blue combo and stripes (same shirt) are the same.I told you here how useful a striped shirt is for layering right? Well let's just say I am just proving my point.I love the shape of this dress/tunic and with all the graphic black and white editorials I have been seeing lately, I was inspired to wipe the dust off this skirt and put it to use. I like the combo of the graphic print and stripes..what do you think? ***Fashion Tip***When layering a longer top/tunic over a skirt, hike up the skirt a bit so only a bit of the skirt is showing. This will create a feminine, nicely proportioned layered look. ...
