I bought this skirt a long time at Weston Wear in San Francisco. (doesn't 6 months ago mean "obsolete" in the fashion world?) I also realized that it's the first time appearing on my blog. I fell in love with the polka dots but I can't get enough of the elastic waist either. Especially on those days you feel bloated or heading to a buffet, elastic is a girls best friend. I mentioned in my previous post that my in-laws are avid skiers. I need to re-instate that and say that they are ski enthusiasts.
