Le petit chaperon rouge

Yesterday while getting ready to take pictures I found this tiny red velvet cap from when I was very small, and surprisingly it fit! Not very well though, I had to give it up because it kept falling off while I was riding my bike to the train. Now I'm searching for the perfect winter beret for when the weather turns cold again. Speaking of which, I try not to be mundane and talk about the weather but we are having a pretty serious Indian summer here, complete with sunshine and 70 degree weather. I didn't wear tights yesterday, and it is NOVEMBER. I can't ever remember that happening. My outfit yesterday was an experiment in light layers, with enough to keep me warm once...
