Scarf Shorts
The minute I saw these Topshop scarf print shorts, I knew it would make an excellent DIY project. Absolutely love the idea of making shorts using scarf fabric. Image source: GoogleWithin the very next day, I went fabric shopping with my mum and we bought two big square pieces of scarf printed fabric. Back home, I started flipping through my mum's old Burda magazines to get the right pattern to sew my shorts. It took me about 2.5 hours to sew one pair :) I sewed another 3 pairs with some left over fabric that my mum had lying around the house. I will try my best to showcase all of them on the blog later. I decided to make the one below into a pair of paperbag waist...
