An undergraduate observer from a local college was observing my class and she complimented me on my management. She even went as far as saying it was better than an honors level class she observed earlier in the day. Mind you, I teach the lower level kids who are weak in math so there's always that perpetual threat of kids getting out of hand. I can't lie, there are instances where I'll have to lay down the law, if you know what I mean! :D But generally they're on-task and well meaning kids.
