I've been craving a dress like this for sometime now: long sleeves-check, high neck-check, pleated skirt-check, and cute little polka dots are just the icing on the cake. As you all know, I have been loving the monochromatic look for awhile now, and when sifting through my drawer to find a pair of tights I was over the moon to see these babies, they, literally, match perfectly!
