New red blouse - c/o Rieley , New black pencil skirt - c/o DailyLook , Clutch - c/o Dapper Diction , Heels and ring - Aldo, Watch - Michael Kors Runway Glitz (purchased at the DFS Galleria tax-free) Pairing a blouse with a pencil skirt is very basic, very office friendly. Though a sheer blouse in an eye-catching color and back cut out with a (form fitting) pencil skirt and stiletto ankle-strap heels--- now that really kicks it up a notch. This is a great look for a dinner party/date or maybe even an office party , though don't take my word on it. To be safe at the office, I'd say wear a cami underneath... :) The giveaway for an identical Riot...
