The cat with gloves catches no mice...

Since i´m into Vintage Fashion i´m fascinated how much elegance gloves add to any outfit So i decided to make a little research about gloves in the past. And there was a whole glove etiquette: * Gloves should be worn in the street but not indoors, except for the theatre, at a formal reception and a ball * Avoid crocheted lace or transparent nylon * Don´t wear the same gloves on consecutive days * Don´t play cards with gloves on * Don´t eat, drink or smoke with gloves on * Don´t apply makeup with gloves on * Don´t wear jewelry over gloves, with the exception of bracelets * Do wear gloves when you go shopping, visiting,...
