Edmonton Will Always Be My Home

Booking a last minute trip home was probably the best decision I've made in a while. I got to see my almost all my hometown friends, most of whom are heading off to other parts of the country and the world in the next few months. I was able to spend quality time with my parents. I recuperated from a stressful eight months of challenges and changes. I extensively researched future career options. I watched tons of movies. I laughed so hard my abs hurt, and had many meaningful heart-to-hearts. I had a few crazy nights on the town. I mended fences. I made new friends. I got to eat at all my favourite restaurants, and try out most of the new ones. I got to do kitschy...
