Short Skirt+Wind Troubles

I always, always forget that this skirt puts me in a good mood. I don't know what it is, the print, the color or whatever, I love it. What I do NOT love is the fact that every.single.time I have worn it, the weather randomly has huge gusts of wind. I know I made some guys on campus day by the flashing of my derriere. You're welcome. I can assure you I did not mean to make your day. At all. One time I was getting out of my car and a gust of wind came up. Not only did I flash, the skirt literally flew up into my face and well, I had no bottom coverage. *ahem* I was so embarrassed that I quickly dropped back into my car, drove off and went to another...
