My apologies for going awol for the past few days, it's been a busy week!I've had meetings with the bank, a broker and real estate agents among other less fun distractions but I won't bore you will all the irrelevant details.Long story short, our mortgage has been approved!! :) There are 2 houses that we're considering - we're going back to have another look at them tomorrow and then it will be decision time.But all that aside, today was a good day. I went to the Riccarton Market to get some farm fresh veges and some cinnamon mini donuts and I also found this gorgeous wee tea cup set for just $2.
