 Running commentary 001: BreathingI thought I’d give my running posts a bit of a topic title and ‘Running commentary’ rather tickles my fancy. Since I’ve started running ‘properly’ I've found out a bit on how my own performance can be improved.  The way I see it there are three main reasons you may underperform on a run   Breathing    Muscle tiring    Energy low  Maybe I should have given a fourth option of ‘everything else’ but I’ll tackle that another day.So here is how I think they can be fixed.
