Blouse: Target ( short sleeve option ), Skirt: Forever 21 ( similar ), Shoes: H&M ( similar ), Purse: Thrifted ( similar ), Earrings: H&M ( similar ), Sunglasses: c/o Firmoo ( similar ) I'm actually not that big a fan of neon but for some reason I love this highlighter yellow color! (it's actually a lot brighter in person). I also tend to stay away from too many bright colors in one outfit but I decided to go a little crazy with a neon blouse and bright cobalt heels. Ok, maybe it's not that crazy but it's a new combination for me! In other news my husband and I are going back home to visit our families for about a month. So...
