Wake up and smell the roses

Jumper – Primark, dress – Asos, tights –H&M, boots – T K Maxx, necklace – New Look I’ve been wearing these super sensible shoes a lot recently. Much as I hate that they do look like old person shoes (they are) I love how comfortable they are. I’m desperately clinging onto the thought that they could be mistaken at a distance for leather converse (which personally I’m not dreadfully keen on either to be honest) but they really aren’t my style. Give me a stupidly impractical heeled boot any day. Plus they have stained my tights a bit black on the first couple of wears,, how annoying. It’s substance over style on this occasion, which is good...
