When I was in theatre school, we had to act like colors in one of our movement classes. (And yes, it felt ridiculous at the time.) Our teacher would yell out, "Move like the color yellow!" And everyone would be happy, giggling and bouncing around the room. Then, "Move like the color black!" and everyone would be all grrrrr angry or walking around the room slowly, head down, depressed. When the color red was announced, all hell broke loose and most of my classmates hit the floor acting as if they were bleeding to death or someone just poked their eyeballs out.
