After a big lunch, they look for a quite, cold place to have a nap for about an hour or two. Well, I have siestas all day long. ;) It is amazing how much I'm sleeping when I'm relaxed. Even when I just came out of bed and am lying on the beach for 5 minutes I find it very easy fall a sleep again!! However, on a hot day I prefer to have a nice cold beverage at one of the hundred beachbars here at Ibiza....
