Polka Dot Party
Top (New York & Co), Skirt (made by me), Sandals (Payless), Necklace ( Kohl's, exact) I was having an itch to wear my polka dot skirt that I made over the winter. The last time it was worn was during the colder months, so I thought it needed to be styled for the warmer months. Wearing all black and white always starts out as a challenge for me since I want to always add a pop of color. After telling myself it's okay not to add a pop of color, I always end up loving an all black and white look.
