Neon Skirt and Cut Out Boots
Top - DIY, Necklace - Primark, Skirt - DIY , Clutch - New Look, Boots - River Island I believe that I am going out tonight and as per decided ridiculously early what I would be wearing, so I thought I would take some snaps to put on my blog, which I know I have been rejecting recently!! I originally bought the skirt as a dress from a charity shop which I chopped up and this is the outcome taa daah. I just literally cut the top part off above where the elastic sinched everything in at the waist.
