It Takes Me Twice To Learn
It usually takes me two tries to learn something. This applies to facts, skills, preferences, etc. For example, I had to eat oysters twice to learn that I don't like oysters. I won't learn the words to a song the first time I listen, but by the second time, I've got it. Same thing applies to shopping. I've been to a local store twice now and I think I can remember for the future not to go in there. In my defense, I had the baby with me and my husband wanted to go into the awesome beer store next door where children aren't allowed. What choice did I have but to enter the accessories shop? I bought a bag there last year that didn't last. I used it...
