Dear Dress Lovers, Wrap me in vintage roses and sprinkle my apartment with red geraniums please! Awwwwww, who wouldn't love this two-piece, vintage, Carole Little garden party of a dress! I am smitten, and I was from the word go. I love the blues and greens surrounding the flowers. The top ties in the front. It's long. It's comfortable. It's fabulous!
