Chocolate and Ice Cream: Peplum Top and Maxi Skirt

First day of October, officially, the Fall is already here, but lucky us who live in L.A., we still enjoy the end of Summer as much as we can.  My sister-in-law lives in Minnesota, and she says the trees have already turned beautiful colors — here at home it was 95-degrees yesterday.
