Butterfly Dress Day
This is basically what October wore for New Years Eve when she went to a wedding and saw Tintin afterwards. She believes style does not have to be expensive. The above is an appox. $12.00 outfit. The dress was an additional 75% off, the tights, $5 (although they ripped and were soon returned after this shoot). The shoes were in a bargain bin at a sketchy second-hand store at $1.00 (they're a little too big, but stuffing cotton in the toes does the trick), and the costume pearls were inherited from her grandmother.
