Professor For a Day
Sorry for the absence. I have been working my BUTT OFF. Baby is due in about 5 weeks so I'm trying to get a ton of work finished before then so I can maybe have a couple of weeks to nest and relax. I'm stressed and I know I shouldn't be, but after 4 years of research, I can't leave this job without having some publications in review. That's the goal of every scientist--get your research published! Otherwise, the last 4 years will have been for nothing. And besides, publications will help me with future job hunting. So I'm working and writing like a mad woman, and that's not an easy thing to do when you have pregnancy brain! I find myself doing things I've already done,...
