Can you believe this awesome sparkly dress is from Forever 21 and was ONLY $24?Paying to park for 2 hours in San Francisco costs more than this dress!That is what is awesome about some trends and fashion pieces--that some things don't have to be expensive to look great. This sequin dress is the perfect example-- it fits and looks just like so many other sequin dresses out there that are SO over priced.
