Five Pounds
Despite the fact that I was so exhausted after work last night I plopped down on the bed and took naps until I finally went to bed, I have been pretty good at getting some cardio in everyday. All the warm weather last week was perfect for long dog walks with friends and Kyle and of course, my giant puppy Louie. My gym card has seen better days, but who wants to be indoors where it reeks of jockstraps when it is so nice out? Of course as I am writing this, there is a frost warning out, but the weatherman is promising 50’s & 60’s for the next ten days and I will take it!With this beautiful weather among us in the Mitten, comes my motivation.
