I have been eyeing out this necklace for a long time and I got an email from Stella and Dot that their sale items were additional 25% off for Black Friday. Even though I wanted this necklace, it was out of my budget for costume jewelry that I thought I should just forget it about it. I don't know what made me open the email but I saw the necklace on clearance and said it's meant to be. I honestly feel a bit funny spending a lot of money on costume jewelry. I feel as a woman of a certain age, I should be wearing diamonds and pearls etc… But they just don't have the wow factor like pretty statement necklace like this. If they do, I can't afford it.
