I had a chance to attend Raine Magazine ’s international issue celebration party for their star cover girl  Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin . The soiree was held at the Pierre Hotel , notably one of the most luxurious hotels in New York located right by Central Park. Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin is a singer, socialite and philanthropist and the seventh generation descendent of railroad tycoon Cornelius Vanderbilt .
