Red Tights

This outfit was planned out but then put on hold for the last week and a half of January because of the chilling temperatures and the impending fire drill. Once that was out of the way I could finally wear it! Sweater: Target ( same ) Skirt: Loft Outlet ( similar ) Boots: Target ( similar ) Tights: Target ( same ) Necklace: Express ( same ) Really, red is such a statement color that it makes sense to keep the rest of the outfit neutral. I don't always feel like all colors go well with black so I often take advantage of a red shade as a nice accent color. I'd like to start wearing red more with brown or navy though, too.
