I’ve had this Heidi Merrick skirt for a while now, but haven’t had the chance to wear it on the blog (I actually wore it for my birthday here ). I knew it was perfect for fashion week and loved the fact that I could layer thick tights and my OTK boots to keep warm, although I was still pretty cold no matter what.
