Cropped Top with Pencil Skirt (Cerulean, Red and Black)

If my Tuesday blog entries seem a little rushed going forward, it's because I have to get them done in 20 minutes, in order to get to my WW meeting on time. I can do it! Another go at this lacey cropped top, and definitely liking it better with a pencil skirt. Last time ( here in March) I did it with a red plaid dress; this time, it's an actual pencil skirt. I have a vibrantly red silky polyester cami on under it, but I don't track wears on those. "True blue, baby, I love you." It's not often I quote Madonna, but why not? I do love blue!
