So if your close to them, your shipment will get to you super fast. Mine came really fast anyways too! :) Every girl should own a draped cardigan like this! It makes all your clothes look fancier. Also, I wish Forever 21 had this perfect polka dot skirt; you can wear it high waisted or a little down...
