Perfect Pattern Parcel: Lady Skater Dress
Hello, darlings! Is it warm where you are yet? Spring has finally sprung here in Texas, which means it's time to break out the pastel dresses. For my stop on the Perfect Pattern Parcel Blog Tour, I decided to do just that: make a super comfy, super springy version of the Lady Skater Dress from Kitschy Coo Patterns.
