I saw this outfit on a mannequin at my local J Crew and wanted to buy the whole outfit. I order the skirt and when I tried it on, it looked horrible on me. I think the mannequin just didn't have as much hips as I do because the skirt fluffed out way too much to my liking. The dress version worked out much better on me and still has a bit of flare skirt but not over the top.
