matisse exhibition @ tate modern
Yesterday I went with my friend Stu to the Matisse Cut Out Exhibition over at the Tate Modern. I havent been to the Tate in so long so it was lovely to take the stroll from Waterloo down the Southbank. The weather was excellent the company was great and we just spent a nice chilled out Monday. I've been a big Matisse fan for a long time, and especially his cut out work. It's a brilliant retrospect of his later work, exploring just how creative you can be with paper, pins and some scissors.
