Total white: non-sunny day

I really dislike when the rain ruins all my plans: I imagined a nice sunny day, wearing my new white heeled sandals (yay, finilly I got my first white heeled sandals!) and right before going out realized that gods decided to trick the mortals... So I would call this look 'non-sunny'. I planned to talk about 'total white' looks today, which (unlike gloomy 'total black' ones) are so popular this summer, and, btw, emphasize my sunkissed skin. In my opinion, ' total white' could be boring, even though Scandinavian girls know how to handle it, but I prefer to add a small drop of bright color.
