Flashback Friday: British Invasion Party
Inspired by Isabella's recent post, I thought I'd share another throw back! It's been ages since I last shared fun photos from the days when I didn't have a blog. February 2011 my friend Brendan threw one of the best parties I've EVER been to: the British Invasion Party. A huge Anglophone, the theme was simply "Anything British." People dressed up as Harry Potter characters, as 19th century dandies, celebrities, or in era specific gear synonymous with the UK. I went in mod wear, with a mini dress, dark, dark eye make up and the palest mod lips. Such a memorable, amazing evening! I can't believe how long and blonde my hair was back then! I miss it so. ...
