Fall Firsts

Yesterday was the first day of fall. Did I drink a pumpkin spice latte and wear a heavy sweater, scarf, and knee high boots while crunching leaves under foot? I did not. I did go ahead and throw on a fall-like outfit because why the hell not? Sure the sun my not recognize the first day of fall when it sees it, but I sure do. If the calendar says it's fall, I'm dressing like it. (Summer sun, you can stay a little while longer but only because you're pretty.)
