Off to a picnic

What do I wear to a picnic? THIS! This skirt has even gone to a picnic before , but I added the matching blouse on Sunday which I just adore. It's such a perfect set for hot days, lazing on the blanket under a shady tree, eating chicken and coleslaw and wedges of Camembert. What's missing from these photos of course is my trusty parasol. I hate getting sunburned so I always shield my face and shoulders from the heat of the sun, though I did have a man ask me if I knew that hats were made for the same purpose... Sir, how dare you suggest I squish my curls being practical! Wearing: Old Faithful Vintage 50s blouse and skirt set,...
