Age is a State of Mind
I'm not a girl anymore, but certainly not yet a woman. Alternating moments when I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders, with moments when my head is as light as a cloud. I have the heart of a responsible mother, but in my eyes you can see the desire to never grow up. No matter how long we are in the world, age is a state of mind. And in this Thursday in late October I have no desire to be adult: I put low waist pants on, a crop top that leaves my belly uncovered and I feel as carefree as when I was sixteen.
