I really, really enjoy Fridays - even though I have to work. Aside from the fact that I love my office and I love its location, I love that every Friday there are several food trucks that park right in the parking lot of my building! Today I had the opportunity to taste Gypsy Kitchen, which labels itself a master of "food for the wandering soul." I found the menu to contain mostly Indian food, which I know nothing about.
