Pink & Polka Dots

I feel like my style has been shifting between very feminine/ladylike (so ladylike that it can look a little retro, like these piece) and edgy (just wait for a post this week that is straight out from the grungy 90s). I absolutely loved this pink skirt as soon as I saw it DailyLook. I'm always drawn to pink items and then I have trouble wearing it ( I don't want it to look to Barbie-ish). I feel like pinks look too harsh with all black looks…I always tend to pair it with B&W, all white, or even blue.
