Maybe it's me subconsciously hoping for spring to hurry and get here. I love these floral scuba trousers from Dorothy Perkins because they are fun and loud but the colors are soft, so I wouldn't be afraid to wear them to the office. (An ongoing concern of mine). I would throw on a black blazer to polish the look up. I'll admit, I was hesitant about the scuba...
