SKIRT OR DRESS?

As the post says, what do you think I'm wearing? A skirt or a dress? This is really a dress, but as I'm wearing a sweater over it, the dress seems a skirt. It's a good way to give a "dual use" to the dresses when it's too cold. As that day the weather was too cold, I wore also black tights (these are very warm) and one of my favorite coats (I bought it last year). And as I had a knee sprain I put the most comfortable shoes I have: the ballerinas.
