Talk about an amazing statement skirt ! I appreciate the asymmetric peplum hem at the bottom for a bold yet ladylike statement. The fabric has a good substance to it and it makes the ruffle so voluminous and the full look outstanding. skirt :: blouse :: pumps :: clutch :: earrings skirt :: blouse :: pumps :: clutch :: earrings I wanted to keep the top simple with one color so the skirt can shine. However, I did want to add some texture so the blouse is not too blend. The delicate lace in the sleeves soften up the bold statement the skirt makes here. How would you...
