I actually don't even really like neon. I don't even bother trying on neon anything because I know I will hate it. But this dress. This dress. I bought it a couple Summers ago and still love it so much! It is literally the ONLY neon item I own. It's so flattering and the material is perfect for summer because it breathes really well. I wish it was still available, because I would buy it in every color!...
