Wore this casual little number on the Sunday after Kim's Halloween/Birthday Weekend in Philly. After an incredibly fun night celebrating her birthday, the next day was spent strolling along the charming city. Before that mini trip, I haven't been to Philly in over 2 years and I almost forgot how much I loved it.
