because, the nineties
Dress: ASOS (old), Tee: Target , Hat: F21 I'm sort of breaking all my own rules with this outfit right now, as I generally don't believe in layering tees under tank tops. It's typically an unfortunate look on me, and I've just seen it done with chevron one too many times. Yet here we are. With a perfectly good spaghetti strap dress, and a v-neck tee because SURPRISE! The universe has bestowed upon us a gift, in the form of a 90's resurgence. Where floaty floral prints, and overalls, and grunge, and colored hair, and tees under tanks, and spectacularly high-waisted jeans, and I'm pretty sure chokers(?) are like, a thing again.
