Thursday, the day we decide what we are going to do during the weekend. Am I going to catch up with friends? Or do I go to the city? Maybe I will just stay in and watch some movies on Netflix? There are endless possibilities and they all sounds good. For me, it most of the time depends on the weather. When it is raining and I have a day off, I like to stay in for a little me time. But when the weather is beautiful and all the work is done, I like to go out and explore some new things. One of those weekends was two weeks ago when I went to Utrecht to visit my cousin. We both really like to be creative, to get inspired and to eat – a lot of – good food....
